2. Nature of Our Products (Important to Understand)
Each pair from REXMONS is:
Hand-welted
Individually crafted
Custom designed per customer order
Because of this artisanal approach, every product is unique. Minor differences in color, leather texture, stitching depth, or finishing are natural characteristics of handmade leather goods — and are part of their charm.
3. Order Process & Confirmation
Your order enters production immediately after confirmation and payment.
As every pair is custom-built, changes cannot be made once production begins.
4. No Return / No Exchange Policy (Kindly Read)
Since every product is handcrafted specifically for the customer, we follow a strict:
❗ NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE POLICY
This helps us maintain fairness, craftsmanship quality, and production integrity.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Size issues
Personal preference changes
Color/texture expectations
Minor handmade variations
We encourage customers to double-check size, model, and custom details before ordering.
5. Complaint Window – 24 Hours
Your satisfaction matters, which is why we offer a clear and time-bound support window:
✔ Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
This includes:
Wrong item received
Courier damage
Manufacturing defect concerns
Complaints made after 24 hours cannot be accepted, because custom footwear cannot be resold or reworked once worn or handled.

6. Manufacturing Defects – Repair Policy
While rare, if a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed by our quality team, we will:
🔧 Repair the product at no cost.
Please note:
Repairs apply only to defects in stitching, welt construction, or hardware installation.
Leather texture, color tone variations, grain patterns, patina development, or comfort differences due to foot anatomy are not considered defects.
Replacements or refunds are not applicable, as every pair is made-to-order.
7. Cancellation Policy
We craft your pair specially for you — once the process starts, materials and time are dedicated exclusively to your order.
✔ Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
❌ After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Delivery Timeline
Every REXMONS pair takes time to craft with precision.
⏳ Estimated delivery: 10–15 days
(including production + shipping)
Delays may occur due to:
Leather availability
Festive seasons
Weather or courier issues
Hand-crafting workload
We always strive to deliver sooner when possible.
9. Shipping & Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
Delays caused by courier partners are outside our control.
If a package is marked delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully completed.
10. Accuracy of Descriptions
We try our best to display accurate colors and details.
However, screen settings, lighting, and leather characteristics may cause slight natural variations.
These variations are not considered defects.

21. Product Accuracy

Leather characteristics such as grain, marks, or minor variations are natural and proof of authenticity.
Such differences do not qualify as defects.
22. Shipping & Tracking
Once dispatched, the tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or remote areas are beyond our control.
REXMONS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer.
23. Nature of Products (Footwear, Jackets & Leather Goods)
At REXMONS, all products — including footwear, jackets, belts, wallets, and other leather accessories — are:
Handcrafted / Made-to-order
Individually crafted per customer order
Finished using artisanal methods
This means each product has a unique character. Slight variations in:
